Hey, I'm Keri Glassman, here with some quick and simple tips to help you feel just a little
bit better. The only way to build fitness is to continually add novel movements. If
you do the same exact exercises every time you work out, you won’t be getting the most
out of your fitness commitment. That means you can and you should find more interesting
ways to exercise. This is good news for those of you who already exercise, and it’s great
news for those of you who probably already slightly tuned me out because you assumed
this advice was only for the gym rats in the audience. If you’re not currently a regular
exerciser, this is your chance. It isn’t all about the same routine, day after day
in the gym. Being fit means trying new things, and that’s a ton of fun if you choose wisely.
It could be a new gym circuit, but there are so many other options. Rock climbing. Martial
arts. Rollerblading. Swimming. Mountain biking. Kayaking. Stand-up paddle. Yoga. You’re
only limited by your imagination. So remember: Whether you’re a workout-a-holic, on the
fence about exercise, or gym-phobic, try a new exercise or other physical activity, and
